Coralie, from the Lycée Hôtelier de Marseille, has been passionate about cooking and discovering new flavors since her childhood.
She first goes to the pastry shop then naturally turns to the kitchen.
She trained with the great Chefs of her region, Guillaume Sourrieu of the restaurant L’Epuisette 1 Michelin star and especially Vanessa Robuschi of the restaurant Question de gout in Marseille with whom she works in pairs. It was there that she enriched herself technically and culinarily thanks to the universe of Vanessa, who has the particular ability to create unexpected associations.
A first Food truck in 2013 with its partner Julien, the Coralie’s Kitchen food truck was a huge success throughout the region for 3 years. The path of the two associates separated at the end of 2015.
With the passion for street food still present, 4 years later, Coralie's new Food truck is born.
It is thanks to all her experiences that she asserts herself in the culinary world today.
By offering quality street food made from fresh, local and seasonal products, she intends to make people talk about her cuisine, which has evolved over the years.
